2. Click overlay

No not duplicate, 
This site does an element overlay to prevent interacting with the flash player intentionally.

C2P should not be inhibited by such an element overlay.
In this case C2P should work properly.

Yes, this is one of the ways the c2p in-page UI can be blocked by elements above it, which would to be handled by bug 752516 too.
Or am i missing something else here?

Umm, bug 752516 is originally reported not for C2P, just for overlay element.
However, now the bug mentioned about c2p...

It was about c2p, but the summary didn't make it very clear. I just fixed that.
