Steps to reproduce:
1.go into settings-sound and turn on vibrate;
2.go into alarm and set a alarm;
3.wait the alarm time reached;
4.when alarm is ring, press the power-key to lock the screen.

Expected results:
1.in step3, the alarm is ringing and vibrating;
2.in step4, when we press power key to lock the screen,  the alarm is also ringing and vibrating in background.

Actual results:
1.when we press the power key, the alarm is also ringing but not vibrating.
2.when we unlock the screen, the alarm recovers vibrating.

In my opinion, it should not have any vibration in screen off mode. We have discussion for issue in Bug 817489. Since we cannot receive the hardware key event "powerkey_down" in app side, I still need to find a solution to fix it.
