Similar to bug 620051, but as that is more then 2 years old, I'm opening a new bug. Lots of failures in the past weeks, here are collected reports: http://mozmill-ci.blargon7.com/#/functional/failure?branch=All&platform=All&from=2013-01-01&to=2013-01-28&test=%2FtestSecurity%2FtestSafeBrowsingNotificationBar.js&func=testSafeBrowsingNotificationBar.js%3A%3AtestNotificationBar Across all platforms, and all branches. Note that we are also tracking random waitForPageLoad issues in bug 826693, but with its high reproduction rate, it probably has a distinct cause.
This is not specific to tests and therefor you have filed bug 826693 already.
