The copy on this page of the wireframes looks fine, there are just some capitalization things (and a small change to the button to stay consistent with the previous screen):

Just emailed with Tobi about the meta for the facebook share widget. I got to thinking it my be helpful if in the "Describe your flick"we add something compels the filmmaker to write a good description.

Something like: Describe your flick. This is what viewers will see when they share your video" 

I know it's long. WDYT?

I like that idea. Is there a way that it could actually be grey text inside the input field? And then when the user clicks in the field it disappears? I've seen that kind of thing before. Is it hard to implement?

I'd just modify the text slightly:

This is what people will see when they view or share your video
