This binding handled the "tabs from other computers" list in XUL Fennec. Metro has its own remote tabs UI (bug 801056), so we don't use this at all.

Good idea. Do it!
The idea does occur to me that we have no way to signal the difference between 'you have no tabs to sync' and 'something is wrong, such as no sync connection'. However, that's a problem for another bug
