As part of our contract with Vimeo, the site we are using to host Flicks submissions, we have the opportunity to run ads (3) for Flicks on their site. The three ads can and should use some light animation – specs are attached to the bug in XLS format. 

Please see the attached Creative Brief for specifics around this project. Due date for Final Creative is Friday, 02/08.

Hi Lizz, thanks for filing.  Given the overall/increasing scope of Flicks R2 and limited timing... I can't commit to animated ads.  Also, in my experience we've generally provided slices of creative + direction for a vendor to animate vs. animating it ourselves.  So we'd have to see if we have the necessary resources to do that.  I suggest we start with static ads and if they are under-performing as a result of that, then we can discuss animation.
