We can copy what's in /developers on the /edit page. This will keep reviewers from having to jump to devhub to trigger a manifest refresh when they need to.

You can see the refresh button on https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/basecamp/edit after you click edit. All this does is call a function which retrieves the latest manifest from the remote server.
This bug is about putting that same button next to the "view" link on pages like https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/review/blackjackmania . Should be pretty much copy/paste.

adding a depends to 780119 as this will open the link up to all reviewers, rather than just Staff and will end up inflating their review counts.

It depends on another bug which is inactive for long time, removing [good first bug] for now as this is not 'ready to pick' currently. Feel free to add this whiteboard back whenever applicable.
