83665 - Crash after installation

Build ID: 2001060106
Reproducible: Only tried it once </;^)

Steps:
1. Download stub installer for 2001060106
2. Click on stub installer to begin installation
3. Click on "Yes" to create associations to the browser
4. Select the "default" profile

Results: Crash when the browser tries to start-up.

Note: I have another crasher bug in this build too! . .  in mail. And, a layout 
issue on Yahoo! I will file them seprately.

The installer finished it's job just before you see the mozilla splash screen. 
So this is no installler...

cyclone.mcom.com, find search for your reports by email, and attach the link to
this report here. Seeing the stack trace will enable the easiest reassignment to
the right person.
