I'm running Nightly 21.0a1 (2013-01-31)
Each day when nightly updates my dictionary locale is set back to "English (Canada)". This is made visible when I right click on a misspelled word and go to "Languages".
Expected behavior :
* Right click on a misspelled word, go to the Languages menu
* It shows that "English (Canada)" is selected
* Change it to "English (United States)"
* Upgrade Nightly to the next days version
* Restart nightly
* Right click on a misspelled word, go to the Languages menu
* It should show that "English (United States)" is selected
Actual behavior
* It shows that "English (Canada)" is selected
This has been happening for at least 4 days, but potentially much much longer

I've encountered a similar issue in Fedora:

Currently FF 24.0 and Fedora 19

I haven't seen this for some time so hopefully this was fixed back in 2013
