oops, you made it obsolete, which removes it from all bugs, regardless of if it has already been sent.

instead you need to update $cf_disabled_flags in BMO/lib/Data.

i've un-obsoleted the field.

Ugh. Yeah forgot that we did it that way and will remember better next time. Data.pm updated and will be in the next push to production.
