Asuth, wasn't Drafts folder pushed out of v1? bug 799822/bug 796674
Understandably I would have liked to have this in v1 as well.

The offline stuff is basically:
- before the user hits send => drafts
- after the user hits send => outbox
Duping to the outbox bug which is a TEF_REQ.
