Bug 818340 introduces a new global third-party cookie setting. We should let users select this on a per-site basis (via about:permissions).
Should update PageInfo dialog (from context menu) and Cookie Permissions dialog (from Preference dialog) too.
about:permissions doesn't currently allow (or show) the third party cookie setting. It only shows whether cookies are allowed, allowed for the session, or blocked. And in recent versions, the new allow first party only setting. Trying to massage a single dropdown list into representing all the various combinations of cookieBehavior and lifetimePolicy hardly seems practical.
about:permissions has been removed in bug 933917.
