After new profile creation, have to kill mozilla session and run again to launch the app

Details
Steps to reproduce : 1. ./mozilla -profilemanager 2. Create a new profile 3. Click on Start Mozilla 4. App hangs. 5. Ctrl+c 6. ./mozilla and run with the profile you just created 7. lanuches the browser successfully Is this due to css related changes ? May be there is a dup. Filing in case there isn't one as this is critical to the startup experience.

I recall running into this before May 20, so I doubt the style changes are responsible.
