We need to measure the time to display the call notification. For that we'll need to send one event to |window| that the performance test will be able to receive.

- in the performance test, we trigger a call and we store the time
- the app send an event when the call notification is displayed and ready to be manipulated. The event name can be "x-moz-perf-call-notification-displayed".

I'm not sure if this bug belongs to this component or to the lock screen. Also I don't know how to simulate a call reception.
