When a download error is reported for multiple apps at once, we should indicate which apps failed to download, not just the first app

Build: B2G 18 2/4/2013 Device: Unagi Steps: 1. Start downloading two large apps 2. Kill the network connection Expected: We should indicate clearly that multiple apps failed to download. Actual: We indicate that the first app failed to download. This is slightly unclear - we should telling the user exactly which apps failed to download, not just the first app.
