838352 - Change background color for "Private Infrastructure Security Bug"

Hi,
for security sensitive bugs related to Operation Security, we use the "private infrastructure security bug" checkbox, that restricts the bug to our team, and the CC'd people.

We would like a specific background color (similarly to security bugs and web sensitive security bugs), that differenciate them from regular infrastructure bugs (purple background).

I would suggest #FFCC99 (light orange) for example, although I don't mind too much which color is used as long as it differenciates the bug enough.

Since I'm going to be filing a bunch of these and have to read the bug text overlaid on it,

I like the orange!

The current infra color is #E0E0FF; varying that match the hue of #FFCC99 without varying the saturation and brightness results in #FFE5CB, maintaining the readability/contrast we've all come to expect from Infra-purple :)
