838689 - Build a moz-space data model in Mozillians

Description

It should be editable by admins using the admin interface.

It should have the following fields:

    Space Full Name

    Address

    Lat, Lon

    Phone

    Person to contact (Spaces coordinator)

    Timezone

    Keywords for the place used for search (like New York, NY, NYC)

    Photos

Let's link this person to their Mozillians profile. Some user stories:

- As a user, I want to click on the name of Spaces coordinator for a Moz Space and be linked to their Mozillians profile.

- As an admin, I want to edit the Spaces coordinator field by selecting a Mozillians username. (This is the same way that an owner for an app is selected in the admin panel.) 

Let's also add an optional website field to this data model. Some Mozilla Spaces have a wiki page with useful information about the Space and the nearby area. I can work with the Mozilla Spaces team to set up wiki pages for the Spaces that don't have wiki pages.
