I am tired of the inability to run the NSS tests (all.sh) on an
NSS_ENABLE_ECC=1 build.
The patch in this bug, plus the patches in the dependent bugs, should allow
you to run all.sh. I will work on getting the patches in the dependent bugs
approved and checked in. Then, the only patch we will need is the small patch
in this bug. This way we can be confident that the patched NSS build will be
very close to the unpatched NSS.

All patches have been checked in. I verified I can
run all.sh with just NSS_ENABLE_ECC=1.
