From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.4.5 i686; en-US; rv:0.9+) Gecko/20010528 BuildID: 2001052808 When opening a mail attachment (i.e. an image), Mozilla opens it in an already opened browser window, erasing its data. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Look for a mail with an image attached in your mails 2.click on the attachment, 3.select "open" Actual Results: The image is opened in an already existing browser window, erasing its data (even www.slashdot.org before I read it :(( ). Moreover, when we have several browser windows open, we don't know which one will show the attachment. Expected Results: "Open attachment" should create a new browser window and display the attachment into it.
See also bug 68699. This would solve that problem. Over to front end.
