When we had worked on bug 785170, we introduced a mistake, which causes some of the SSL/TLS tests to be executed with the incorrect protocol version parameters.
Wan-Teh noticed that mistake and reported it in bug 838769. However, bug 838769 also contains some additional work, which might require additional time for review.
As I've discussed with Wan-Teh, we'd like to get that mistake fixed immediately, that's why I'm filing this separate bug.
