Result: Tab titles leak out of the tabs and draw inconsistently.
Expected: Tab titles should not leak out of their tabs.

Interesting - it seems surprising to me that when we draw the text of the tab title, we apparently don't have a clip region in place that prevents any drawing outside of the tab itself.
FWIW, bug #901536 also causes spillover (as one of the less serious problems).

It seems that this bug is not reproducible anymore (in tabs bar) in Firefox 46.0 on Windows.
Though this bug yet occurs in the menu, see the screenshot attached.
