User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:21.0) Gecko/20130208 Firefox/21.0
Build ID: 20130208031053
Steps to reproduce:
Use Firefox 20+ .
Use a Retina Mac with mixed screen resolution. Hi-DPI screen must be left of Lo-DPI screen.
Open a page with a right aligned select tag. (e.g. open attached file in Firefox)
Actual results:
It is impossible to select an option on Hi-DPI screen with a click.
It is always possible on a Lo-DPI screen or if the Hi-DPI screen is right of Lo-DPI screen.
Expected results:
The option should be selectable by click.

In a little more detail: If you press -and hold- on the <select>, and drag to choose an option, that works fine. And if you click to open the menu, then move the mouse up and down over it, the options highlight as expected when the mouse passes across them. Yet clicking to select one fails. That's really weird.

Moving this to Widget:Cocoa for now, though it might turn out to be a problem at a higher level in platform-independent code.
Component: Untriaged → Widget: Cocoa
Product: Firefox → Core
Version: 20 Branch → Trunk
