Details
Sometimes the plug-in hang dialog will pop up and be visible for about a second, before being "cancelled" by the plug-in quickly recovering on its own. It might be more user friendly behavior if the dialog stayed visible for some minimum amount of time, e.g. 5 or 10 seconds. If the plugin recovers on its own within the 10 seconds, the "Kill" option in the dialog should do nothing.
We can reuse the existing dom.ipc.plugins.hangUIMinDisplaySecs pref for this.

What does UX say? This doesn't sound like a blocker-level issue in any case ;-)

I think the current behavior, while not ideal, is probably better than a kill button that does nothing. I don't think we should change anything here.

Resolving as wont fix, plugin support deprecated in Firefox 85.
