Description

An external developer is complaining about this on the dev.xul newsgroup, so I
thought I'd file a bug to track it.

This is the problem where submenus of a popup/context menu don't get created.

Yeah, this is a nasty one since the windows menu code is still doesn't pass

events through it's object hierarchy correctly. I'm setting the target to M10 as

it is a pain in the rear to make this work the right way.

Since this is a native menus issue, and we're using XPMenus now, I'm pushing this
out past the dogfood "beta"

spam: updated summary to show platform parity. also added self to cc list.
if this is native menus only, shouldn't this be WONTFIX?

<sniff, sniff> :~(

I was hoping that one day, maybe I'd resurrect native menus (sorry Dave). But go
ahead and dash my optimistic dreams, its ok. Really.
