per email from jishnu: we'll need to generate "inari" builds soon. Before we can automate builds, we need instructions on how to build... hence this bug. (If it helps for us to assign out a loaner machine, let us know and we'll make that happen.)
mwu, fabrice: apparently you are the best contacts for this - can you get us unblocked with instructions on howtobuild, where to get any needed binary blobs from, etc?

needinfo'ing mwu, to comment how this is going. Looking for engineering to eventually send successful build instructions to releng.

Releng already has instructions and I'm working with them.

Ran into a small build issue - mwu are you working on fixing? 15:09:16 INFO - cp: cannot stat `/builds/slave/b2g_m-cen_inari_dep-0000000000/build/backup-inari/system/bin/proximity.init': No such file or directory 15:09:16 INFO - Failed to pull proximity.init. Giving up.
