Tweepy 2.0 has released and is updated to work with Twitter's API v1.1. We should make the switch before March.
The switch should be fairly seamless with the exception of the collect_tweets() cron which currently isn't using Tweepy. This will need to change as the new search API requires authentication.

We have the twitter api client tokens now. Just waiting for them to be set on -dev, -stage and prod.
