Creating a new bookmark folder in nightly does not give time to rename it

Steps to reproduce:

Right-click > Bookmark this Page > Show all the Bookmarks folders (so I can get to the 'New folder' button.
Click the 'New folder' button.


Actual results:

A new folder appears but deselects itself in 1-2 seconds.
This does not allow time to rename the new folder during creation.


Expected results:

The new folder should have remained selected waiting to be named/accept user input.
