840130 - Canceling video upload shouldn't return user to the previous page

Steps to reproduce:
0. Login to dev using a valid Persona account
1. Click "Start here >>" link
2. Choose a video to upload
3. After the video is done being upload (or during), cancel the upload

Expected:
After canceling the upload the user is kept on the present page and can upload a different video.

Actual:
Canceling the upload of a video takes the user to the previous page. Clicking through to upload a video the form has cached the video's title and discription.

I think this is expected behavior. Although maybe the UI could be a little better, but I would move that to post-launch if we want to make a file upload button appear without going to the previous page. Ben?
