Navigating the page while the Inspector is open moves the selected element to the <html> tag and leaves the highlighter-nodeinfobar visible

I didn't mind that the inspector stayed open upon page navigation, but since I didn't select the <html> element, it was awkward to have the node infobar visible at the top-middle of the screen showing that the HTML element was selected. In this scenario, we should just hide the node infobar. We could also cancel any selected element, that would probably be the easiest thing to do. To work around this bug, clicking on the DOCTYPE in the markup view will remove any element selection.
