Steps to reproduce:

update to Firefox 18.02
update to ATI Catalyst 13
update to Internet Explorer 10


Actual results:

the shape of words distorted / not clear while Hardware Accelaration is "enable"
no problem while Hardware Accelaration is "disable"


Expected results:

not only the problem on Chinese characters, but also some numeric and English character at "hk.yahoo.com"

I think they are same issue.  Rendering problem occurs after update to IE10 whatsoever I downgrade the display card driver/firefox or use another display card.
