browser bookmark should already be customizable for v1.0.0
filing this bug to outline how it can be done for partners

I don't understand the purpose of this bug.

Partners can customise default bookmarks by editing https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/build/applications-data.js like any other customisation.

Is this bug to meant to track a way to do this as part of a new customisation system?

i am creating customization meta bugs so that partners can easily refer to the meta bug and find how to customize each item per carrier requirements.
i think what you provided just completed the job for this item :) thanks
