That long-tap back-history stack is inaccessible on TouchWiz Nature UX as long-tap is reserved by the system for opening the the persistan tab on the middle in the middle of the display for drag and dropping applications from the dock onto the display.

Probably dont want to override system behaviour; this affects fully upgraded Android devices on TouchWiz Nature UX (and likely even newer devices).
