Description: I am not sure what is causing this to happen yet but two download
boxes usually appear when I load this page. It is possibly caused by an
the "Adforce" banner ad. Re-assigning to Darin since he is already looking into
content-type problems.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) go to the URL
Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 6/4/01 Linux and Win NT

a packet trace did not reveal anything anomolous about the page. the content does
seem to be coming from <iframe> tags, but i could be wrong about this.
