has a very tall sidebar image that's only partially rendered in Mozilla
2001060422. When paging up & down, different parts of the image are shown, but
it doesn't seem to ever show all the parts concurrently.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.http://www.energy.ca.gov/fuels/gasoline/breakdown/1998-03-06_breakdown.html
2.view sidebar. Should only be partially visible.
3.page dowen/page up. Different parts are now visible.
Expected Results: Should have shown the entire sidebar image

Wow, this one was languishing in the nether kingdom of the unconfirmed for a
while... it is now WFM 0.9.2 Linux.
charles@rebelbase.com, can you still see this with either 0.9.2 or a recent
nightly build?
Looks good from here. The sample URL I reported in the bug is working right
under 2001072322 on the same Solaris box.
