==================================================================================
Before the resolution of bug 840092, many wiki documents displayed an "MDN" home page link at the start of the breadcrumb bar. Now, that's gone. So, we should hardcode it into the view template.

What problems would this solve?
===============================
Navigation? SEO?

Who would use this?
===================
Many wiki readers

What would users see?
=====================
An "MDN" home page breadcrumb link.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
Click the link, return to home page.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
Hey David. Les mentioned on IRC that we might not even want this breadcrumb. What do you think?
For SEO purposes we probably don't need it, but it is nice to have there is a link back to the documentation home. Not a big deal though.
I assumed that removing the breadcrumb would wreak some kind of havoc with search engines since they appear in SERP pages, but you know better than I.

And on second look, it appears that most sites do not include the home page in breadcrumbs, either in-site breadcrumbs or SERP breadcrumbs.

So I am happy to call this WONTFIX. For the first time, a bug that actually is a feature.
