Currently the finance question "Is this line item in budget" is a yes/no question. If the user selects "no" an addition question of "Not In Budget Why:" will be displayed. We'd like to simplify this to a single question. Required / Optional: Required Question Is this line item in budget? Help Text If not, please explain purchase need and why not in budget.
