Details

Landing patch from bug #834981. Will work with :jcarpenter on updating UX to use some gaia building blocks. This is low priority.
:pike, :jcarpenter will have new strings for the stubs in this bug, so please hold off on l10n until this patch lands.
If it's supposed to hold us off from localizing the stub, this shouldn't be low priority, but as high as the stub itself. Note, if this is just adding more strings, it's still darn important to get them asap, in particular if this is 1.0.1 material. But it wouldn't block us. also, we only start with l10n once things hit the 1.0.1 branch at this point, and might extend that to v1train. But we don't track master right now.
