This is customization feature for Keyboard Settings
This is the only request from partner 
- Predictive Input Method support enabled/disabled
but we can probably allow customization of all other keyboard settings

One question, which apps are applicable for predictive input method configuration? I mean, Message Composer (SMS), also Mail?

Hi Joe, 

It's preferred that predictive input method to be disabled by default (although it should be possible to enable it later on).

it means "Word Suggestion" on/off by default in "Settings -> Keyboard"
So yes, it's default to off at the moment but it can be set to ON for new markets if needed

It can be customized now. 
It's in settings.py.

The key in settings.py is "keyboard.wordsuggestion".
