<jgriffin>: apparently this file is getting loaded in B2G and causing problems with SpecialPowers

(Editing out the parts where I claimed there was no possibility it was from touching addon-sdk/, and I'd rather believe that hgweb was lying about what you pushed, and how I'd rather throw away inbound and start with a new integration branch recloned from m-c than back this out over that, etc.)
