nsNativeAppSupportWin::ParseDDEArg doesn't properly handle the case where an argument is a quoted string with enclosed commas. See comment in the code.
I wanted to report a bug that the link below is not accessible Build 2001061708 http://www.pcworld.com/news/article/0,aid,53104,tk,dn061801X,00.asp Is it a duplicate of this bug?
