Details
USB tethering under settings-> Internet sharing is enabled even when usb cable is disconnected and when turned on with a usb cable connected, it's not detected on the PC

Alex, can you please check the following if that also applies for you?
1. connect the pc to the firefox os device
2. enable usb tethering and ensure it works
3. put pc into sleep mode
4. wake up pc
5. check that usb tethering does not work
6. disable and enable usb tethering
7. usb tethering works again.
