Details

When the height of the image is specified in percentage, then it has no effect. If the height is specified in absolute numbers then it works fine. The test case is in the url field.
HTML Element component is deprecated, and should be removed from Bugzilla. Clayton is not the correct owner for these. Reassigning to layout.
