We're killing reftests before we finish in bug 820756. This got worse with bug 716859 but it's an important bug that lots of stuff depends on. I'm going to look into why it causes slower, but in the meantime we should increase the timeout so we don't cut our testing short.

I assume there are talos regressions as well which will show up.

Bug 843738 has been backed out; I don't agree with increasing timeouts, sorry.
