843930 - Update Simulator links to 2.0

The Simulator page is hardlinking to a specific version because there is no approved version of it on AMO so we can't simply link to "lastest".

Two options:
- we update the links to 2.0 now (facing the same issue again soon)
- or we replace the Windows/Mac/Linux links with one that just points straight to AMO, where they can then install whatever version is up to date.

dbuc: Please decide which, and then we can roll that into the tweaks for early next week.

When this is complete, I can update the sample app to include offline capabilities (since they were bombing the firefox os simulator 1.0)

Edna: Let's update the three links (Win, Mac, Linux) to point to the latest version:

(For the future, dbuc and I will ask on the AMO side if we can just get that add-on reviewed, which would fix this problem by giving us a permanent "latest" link.)

Edna, please also remove the section "Download" at the bottom of the simulator page; that's just a duplication of these three buttons.
