Birch is making sure we don't break non-per-window-privatebrowsing while per-window rides the trains, so right now it's tracking 20, merging from mozilla-beta, which has some xpcshell permaorange on the Ubuntu VMs.

If it turns out not to be just as easy as adding it to http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/5b9fa52b7528/mozilla-tests/config.py#l1241 we can work something else out, but if that does work it'll be cleaner and greener, and it only runs two pushes a day so it won't be too much load on the linux32 slaves.
