The API docs are out of date and still reference BlueVia. They need minor tweaks to bring them up to date with the current API https://wiki.mozilla.org/WebAPI/WebPayment

BIG change to the wiki. https://wiki.mozilla.org/WebAPI/WebPayment It was mostly cleanup, getting things up to date, but also removing payment provider specific details where they weren't relevant.
