Steps to reproduce:

I'm using Firefox 19.0. I submitted data using http:// .

At least until Firefox 15.0.1, a confirmation dialog

  第三者が簡単に傍受できます。 

  本当にこの情報の送信を続けてもよろしいですか？ 

(Above is Japanese message. English message would be

  security warning:

) was displayed.

But the dialog is no longer displayed in recent Firefox versions.

security.warn_submit_insecure was removed or renamed?
If so, security.warn_submit_insecure should not be shown in the about:config page.


Actual results:

Warning dialog no longer be displayed.


Expected results:

Warning dialog should have been displayed.

This pref got removed with bug 799009

This pref doesn't exist unless you modified it. Resetting the pref and restarting Firefox should make it disappear
