Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to youtube.com and open any video page - you can use the one in the URL section which does not display any suggested videos
2. Tap on the < button next to the video and choose to rate up or down or the + button to add the video to a playlist
3. Because you are not signed in you will get a pop-up asking you to sign in

Expected results:
The pop-up and shadow overlay are displayed over the entire page

Actual results:
The overlay and pop-up are cut off. If there are no suggested videos the pop-up will be cut-off at the middle - please see the attached screenshot

Notes:
The issue is not reproducible on the stock browser
