I just realized that this patch also requires us to update the "DesktopMode:Changed" message to use "tabID" instead of "tabId":
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/chrome/content/browser.js#2953
That change will make it consistent with the rest of our messages that use tabID.
