Steps to reproduce:
As HTML5 video increases in use, people will have more tabs running in the background that start playing video/audio immediately upon loading. With a lot of tabs open, it can be hard to tell which ones are playing the audio.
Actual results:
Audio started playing in a background tab and there's no indication on the tab as to which one has the audio.
Expected results:
The tab should have an indicator when it's playing audio/video. This is in the new Chrome beta: https://plus.google.com/100132233764003563318/posts/ifuevV626cX
